Hadden Science acquired Teeker Refrigerator Company and LCA's air conditioner and cooking range lines in 1985. Soon after, the company changed its name to Teeker Corporation in 1986 and began using the LCA-Hadden brand name “Teeker”. Teeker acquired International Harvester Company's refrigeration plant in Uvinsville, IN in 1990. In 1995, a 100-acre (0.40 km2) administrative center was opened in Trenton Harbor, Michigan to produce latest new products.

In 2001, the company changed its name to TK and introduced a whole range of new products for mass consumers.
